Rheinmetall to propose Puma Infantry Fighting Vehicle for Australian Land 400 Phase 3 tender.

Rheinmetall is expected to propose its Puma tracked infantry fighting vehicle, a joint venture with Krauss-Maffei WegMann GmbH, under the Australian A$10 billion tender for 450 armored troop carriers. The joint venture has confirmed that it will respond to the Land 400 Phase 3 request for information. 
The Puma IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle), a project under under the PSM industrial consortium owned by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Rheinmettall Landsysteme.
