Northrop Grumman successfully tests new SYERS-2 sensor on RQ-4 Global Hawk UAS

Northrop Grumman successfully flew a SYERS-2 intelligence gathering sensor on an RQ-4 Global Hawk high altitude long endurance unmanned aircraft system (UAS), marking the first time the legacy U.S. Air Force sensor has been demonstrated on a high altitude unmanned aircraft, the company announced yesterday, Feb. 25, 2016.
