British Royal air Force aircraft ready for further action over the city of Tripoli in Libya

As street fighting continues in Tripoli between Free Libya Forces and members of Colonel Gaddafi's former regime, British and NATO military aircraft are maintaining a presence in the air. In the lead up to Free Libya Forces entering Tripoli this weekend the RAF continued to strike at key Colonel Gaddafi targets within the city as part of NATO's Operation UNIFIED PROTECTOR.

Two more additional Iron Dome air defence system batteries for Israeli Army in the next few weeks

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak visited the Iron Dome battery and its operators today, Sunday (August 21). The battery successfully intercepted around ten rockets launched at Israeli territory by terrorists. Defense Minister Barak mentioned that Israel has two operational Iron Dome batteries, and that two additional batteries will be added in the next few weeks.

Rebel forces took the control of the oil city of Zawiya 50 kilometers west of the capital Tripoli

Navistar Defense receives an order from U.S. Army TACOM for 194 troop transport vehicles

Navistar Defense, LLC today announced that it received both a contract extension and a delivery order to support Afghanistan Security Forces. After 80 days in Afghanistan, the Operation HERRICK 14 Warthog Group has travelled a distance equivalent to circumnavigating the world.
